1. Made-to-Order Products All products sold by About U Nail & Design Studio are handcrafted and made to order. Production begins upon receipt of your order. As a result, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.

2. Sizing Responsibility We strongly recommend purchasing our Sizing & Shape Kit prior to ordering any nail set. If you choose to order without a sizing kit, you accept full responsibility for any sizing or fit issues. About U Nail & Design Studio will not be held liable for improper sizing in such cases.

3. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the damage. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a resolution.

4. Order Processing & Shipping Orders are processed and fulfilled within our standard production timeframe. Shipping timelines may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of About U Nail & Design Studio and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability About U Nail & Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
